My parents didn’t orient me to chiropractic care as a kid, so I was an adult before I had my first adjustment. I had lifted something too heavy, adding a twisting motion for extra effect. I had lower back pain like I had never experienced to that point in my life! Darren was very patient with my nagging questions, and he treated me very well. The adjustment, coupled with rest and natural healing processes, led to a good outcome.
That first adjustment was probably 15 years ago, and Darren is the only chiropractor I’ve ever seen. I don’t go for regular adjustments, but if I ever overdo it in the gym or lift something too heavy and pull my back, I know I can usually get a same-day appointment with Darren. I’m thankful for his skill and his balanced approach to wellness!
